Start by sending us your product details, including quantity and any specific requirements. We will arrange a call to better understand your needs and send you a proforma invoice once everything is clear.
You can choose between air shipping (charged by weight) or container shipping (charged by volume). We handle only full container shipments but can connect you with reliable carriers if needed.
It is important to note that some goods, such as batteries, cannot be transported by air due to regulatory restrictions. Additionally, these products, as well as other specific categories, may be subject to special tariffs or regulations that must be considered when shipping.
Most of our orders are conducted under EXW (Ex Works) or FOB (Free on Board) Incoterms. In these cases, we provide an estimate excluding shipping charges based on the weight or volume of your goods, as well as the applicable shipping rate for your destination country and the current delivery times. This allows you to get an approximate idea of shipping costs before making any payment.
We also offer other types of Incoterms, such as DDP (Delivered Duty Paid), where shipping and other related charges are our responsibility. These details can be discussed during our initial contact to select the best solution for your needs.
This question often arises for those making their first orders in China. It is essential to understand that China is primarily a wholesale market (except for some categories such as machinery or other exceptions). Prices are therefore based on the quantities ordered.
Asking for unit prices without considering bulk orders can be a strategic mistake. For example, the unit price for a small order could be up to ten times higher than that for a large order.
To better assess your costs, we recommend asking for estimates based on two or three different volumes. This will allow you to compare price differences based on quantities and make a more informed decision that suits your needs and budget.
